A.All domain name orders are NON REFUNDABLE. This includes registrations, renewals and transfers.
Our hosting packages come with a 30 day money back guarantee. This means if you are a new customer (not already a hosting customer for other packages) and for some reason you are not pleased with your hosting services, you can request your money back within 30 days of the order. Be sure to place your request within our helpdesk, for account verification reasons.
